1. Where are the materials listed?

On each product page, in the description below the image are a list of the ingredients. There are always simple product names listed but if you're curious about a certain metal or material, simply send me a message on Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram, and I'll get back to you right away!

2. What's your refund policy?

If the item is a digital/ downloadable item, you cannot return it or get a refund at all unfortunately.

If you accidentally ordered something, message or email me right after you order, and I can refund you for the item(s). If you ordered something and change your mind on the order overall, I will refund you completely if you wish. 

3. What's your return policy?

If you receive an item and do not like it, you can message me with your concerns and I will issue a refund once the items are in transit to being returned. If you receive the wrong item, you can simply keep the item and re-gift it and I will send the correct one. if you want to return it, I will still send the correct item with no issue and a coupon code of your own for your next order.

4. My item arrived broken, what can i do?

Oh no, extreme apologies for that! Send us a photo via email or in a direct message on social media and we will replace for you within a few days!

5. what does it mean when it's on backorder?

There are a few items that, while one of a kind, are easier to remake in comparison to others. When it's on backorder, this means that I don't have another item ready and need to make it. This process can take up to a week, and depending on shipping should arrive within 3 to 5 business days. 

6. do you take custom orders?

Yes! While I'm creating a page for such, you can reach out to me personally and we can discuss pricing and personalization. The only standing rule is that all orders much be from molds that I already have, but again, it's something we can discuss personally.
